I was born in Peru and raised across South Florida, where I learned early the importance of caring for both body and mind. At the core there was a need to find harmony without being hard on yourself.
This “be gentle with yourself” approach shapes everything I share.
I offer grounded practices that bring calm, clarity, and ease into daily life. As an artist and intuitive guide, I work gently and without judgment, offering tools you can naturally weave into your body, breath, and everyday routines.
My coaching blends movement-based breath practices rooted in Eastern principles (aka Qigong), nervous system support, Tantra & shamanism studies, creative movement, and emotional release. Together, we create space to release tension, settle the mind, and reconnect with your own clarity and presence
