I provide the tools and the space for you to release what is within. This practice supports self awareness, relaxation, and inner peace. It is also a powerful form of self inquiry, where you can learn a lot about yourself through the creative process.
I guide you through the experience. I provide the tools, you make the time.
Come alone, with a friend, or in a small group. I offer different art based experiences for all levels.
Settle in and take a seat. I provide the tools and the ambiance, you simply bring your willingness.
Through brushstrokes on canvas, or with a pen or pencil, expression begins to unfold. It does not have to look like anything. It can simply be your feelings, released onto the page in real time.
This is a guided art meditation experience with gentle music, light breathwork, and supportive facilitation to help you move through the creative process. A space to explore something different, unwind, and reconnect with yourself through creative expression.
